Last night my hubs grilled steak for dinner. To go with the steak I cooked some frozen corn. It was very yummy... I have to give my hubs props he's the master griller!!! So today I was looking in the fridge trying to find something quick & easy for lunch and
*** TA DA *** Steak burritos
4 -10 oz ribeye steaks (marinated Lawry's Sesame Ginger sauce) and grilledToppings:
1 bag frozen corn (cooked)
Grated cheddar cheese
Jalepenos (I use the bottle of tamed for my kids)
Diced tomatoes
Tortillas
Fried onions
Guacamole
Sour Cream
Slice cooked steaks in strips. Place on tortillas. Top with all the toppings you prefer, any would work I just had shredded cheddar. Microwave til cheese is melted. Viola!!!
